Items that have been severely damaged or broken are eligible for a refund. In order to receive a refund, an email must be sent including photo evidence of the damaged products, name, and order number. Your payment will be returned to you once the review is fully processed and approved. 

We have the right to refuse any refund request.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

All orders are processed within 3 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. La Petite Noire is not responsible for packages that aren't delivered or have extended/delayed shipping time. Please take the issue up with USPS as we are unable to solve your issue. 

We currently do not offer international shipping.
